Offices we serve around town

We clean professional offices across Monrovia: the storefront and second-floor suites around Old Town and Myrtle Avenue, and the office buildings along the Huntington Drive business corridor. These spaces tend to be law, accounting, insurance, and real estate offices, where clients walk in and first impressions count.

Older buildings near Old Town often have tight suites, shared restrooms, and stairs. Newer buildings on the corridor have more glass, larger breakrooms, and building rules for trash and access. We ask about all of that at the walk-through, so the routine fits your building from the first week.

Easy scheduling, close to home

Since we start our day in Monrovia, offices here get the most flexible scheduling we offer. Early morning visits finish before your first employee arrives. Evening visits begin after the last one leaves. Either way, you will not see us during business hours unless you want to.

You get a flat weekly rate after the walk-through, with no long-term contract. If you need something extra one week, such as a conference room reset before a meeting, just ask and we will work it in.
