How much does weekly office cleaning cost?
It depends on your square footage and how often we visit. We give every office a flat weekly rate after a free walk-through, with no surprise charges.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. We'd rather keep your business by doing good work.
Who will be in our office?
Jared and Tina, the owners. We do the cleaning ourselves, so it's the same two people every visit.
When do you clean?
Before or after business hours. Our current cleaning windows are Monday and Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a business license and carry general liability insurance, and can send a certificate of insurance on request.
Which areas do you serve?
Monrovia, Duarte, and Arcadia. If you're just outside those cities, ask us.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our own equipment and cleaning products. If your office prefers specific products, we'll use those.
Is this commercial cleaning, janitorial service, or office cleaning?
All three names describe what we do: recurring commercial cleaning for offices, also called janitorial service. We clean professional offices on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule.
